“It’s faster if I just do it myself.”
Today, yes. Explaining takes longer than doing. But you’ll do it again next week, and the week after, and every one of those times comes out of the hours only you can give.
The Studio · For the She Rises audience
That’s the business dream I asked you about in my masterclass. The Studio is where we design the business that makes it real: one that can grow without everything coming back to you.
Day 3 of your two weeks off
7:02
Your business right now
Your clients are paying. Your offer works. People tell you you’re good at what you do.
And still, everything comes back to you.
The client who only wants to talk to you. The proposal nobody sends until you’ve read it. The invoice waiting for your yes.
You take two weeks off, and you check your phone every morning. Just in case.
A launch goes well and ten people say yes. Part of you celebrates. The other part is already wondering how you’ll deliver.
You’re the marketing, the sales, the delivery, the finance and the customer service. In a company, nobody would accept that job description. In your own business, you took it without noticing.
The stories that keep you there
Today, yes. Explaining takes longer than doing. But you’ll do it again next week, and the week after, and every one of those times comes out of the hours only you can give.
Does that ring true? Then you’ve probably noticed the quieter season never quite arrives. Nothing slows down on its own. It changes when the way the business runs changes.
Some of them do want you, and some of that should stay yours. But most of what they love is the way you think, and the way you think can be written down.
So you buy one. Or you hire someone. And three weeks later, it’s all back on your plate, because a new tool on top of the same structure is a patch.
This is the one I’d most like you to put down. You aren’t lazy, and you aren’t a control freak. You’re smart, and you can see exactly what’s happening. You just can’t see how to change it from the inside.
Your business was designed for an earlier stage. It did its job.
Nothing went wrong. The way your business runs was built for the business you had. A business can be successful, profitable and beautifully run, and still depend far too much on its founder. That’s a design question. And design questions have answers.
Now imagine
It’s a Tuesday. A client asks for something unusual, and it gets handled, the way you would have handled it, because the rule is written down and your team knows they’re allowed to use it. You hear about it on Friday, in a two-line summary. Your morning went to the work you actually started this business for.
This isn’t about removing you from your business. You built it, and some of it should stay in your hands. It’s about choosing which parts, on purpose, and letting the business carry the rest.
Your business got you here. How it’s designed will decide where it can take you next.
Who you’ll be working with
Business designer & AI Strategist
I spent seventeen years inside large organizations, learning how people, processes, information and decisions connect. You learn a lot about a business by watching where a decision gets stuck, and who everyone waits for.
I was the corporate woman who never imagined becoming a geek. A little over a year ago, I started building with AI. Today I build apps and AI agents for my own business and for my clients, and one of my partners calls me “Geekette.” Each of my agents has one job, and follows rules I wrote down. I didn’t start there. I started with the map. The agents came last.
That’s why AI comes last in what I do. A client of mine once asked an AI to fix a small formatting problem on one slide, and it rebuilt her entire deck, completely wrong. The real fix was deleting one hidden line break. Thirty seconds, by hand. The most expensive mistake is rarely doing nothing. It’s fixing the wrong thing first, often with a tool.
And I’m a mom of three. Every hour my business takes from me without a good reason is an hour I don’t get back. So none of this is theory for me.
“The brilliance of this is how she caters it for you.”
What happens in The Studio
You drew your Freedom Map during the masterclass. In The Studio, we read it together, on your real business, and we design what comes next.
We look at the six parts of your business, and where your hours really go. We find the leaks, where you spend the most time on what works the least. And we find the harder one: the part that works beautifully, and only because you’re there. That dependency is usually so good you’ve stopped seeing it.
What should stay with you is smaller than you think: the vision, the decisions only you can make, the relationships you choose to keep. For everything else, we decide together what to stop, simplify, delegate or systematize. Starting with stop, because the worst thing you can build is a beautiful system for something that should have stopped.
Sometimes that means fixing one route. Sometimes it means rethinking how the whole business works, so it can grow beyond your own hours. We look at the rules to write, the workflows to build, who owns what, and only then, where AI would actually help.
What that can look like
A fitness coach came to me about her branding. Two visual identities, and neither of them felt like her anymore.
Twenty coaching clients, some of them with her for seven years. Each one followed in a separate Google Sheet.
We could have stayed on colors and fonts. Then I asked her one question: is your plan to train other people in your method one day? Her answer was yes.
So the question changed. From which colors? to what is my method, and how could my business work around it? Coaching, training, and people trained in her method. An app in place of the spreadsheets.
Today
Twenty clients, twenty spreadsheets, and every one of them runs through her.
What it could become
Her method at the centre, and three ways in.
That’s the conversation The Studio is for.
What you walk away with
At least two hours together, one-to-one, on your real business. Not a sales call. A working session.
Then everything in writing, so the thinking stays with you after we hang up. Act on it yourself, hand it to your team, or give it to whoever you hire next.

Is this for you?
This is for you if
This isn’t for you if
Before you decide
Take the part of your business that would stop first if you left for two weeks.
Now imagine getting even a portion of those hours back. And spending them on the business you described when I asked about your dream.
